19 signings confirmed so far as opener approaches

With just over a week to go before the start of the Essex Senior League season, walthamforest-fc.co.uk can reveal that the club have so far signed 19 players.

Daniel Abioye is a midfielder who has previously played for Ilford.

Midfielder Abiola Balogun has played for LOASS, and scored in Forest 2-1 defeat to Barkingside.

Matthew Duberry-Lawrence has captained Tottenham Hotspurs’ Sport and Exercise Sciences HNC Level 4 team, while Ferham Gul was the Level 3 skipper.

Goalkeeper Raul Vargas was with Real Madrid as a youngster, and has featured in all Forest’s pre-season games so far.

Didier Grah O’Pily was previously with Waltham Abbey, and has scored a number of goals this pre-season.

Emmanuel Ibhadon (pictured, left) is a forward who was previously with Leeds as a youngster, before moving to Halifax Town, Alvechurch, Moor Green, Grantham Town, Gateshead and Halesowen town, before joining Eton Manor, Boreham Wood after moving south.

Pelummy Martin is a tricky winger who scored in the pre-season game against Woodford Town.

Corey Stewart looks to make an impact this season after his 2014-15 campaign with Forest was cut short after just one game.

Forward Dan Tulloch makes joins for a second spell at Forest, having previously played under Ged Searson. Has already been amongst the goals in pre-season.

Ahsan Ali, Papa Baah, Pierre Garner-Weekes, Mohamed Mahmoud, Elie Mbangu, Kashan Ryan, Garjay Thompson, Andrew Tirivanhu and Ajani Wilson have all also joined the club.

Forest are in action this Saturday against an Enfield Town XI. Kick-off is 3PM at Wadham Lodge.
