Alagoz, Kadri

Kadri was boon in Nicosia, Cyprus, and played for Forest at the tail-end of the 2004-5 season.

He was an imposing striker, whose sheer strength got him through more tackles than any skill could ever have done.

Made his debut in March 2005 in a 2-0 defeat to Erith &  Belvedere. Scored his first goal a couple of weeks later against Aveley, and scored two more in the 10-1 victory over Berkhamsted Town on the penultimate day of the season.

He wasn’t seen playing senior football in England again, but it wouldn’t be unfair to suggest he played in the London Turkish League.

Returned to Cyprus in 2008, where he was spending his time playing both football and basketball professionally.

Kadri is now a basketball coach.
