Stow in safe hands as Chico joins backroom staff

Walthamstow will be in safe hands from the dugout this season, as Chico Ramos joins Ryan Maxwell’s management staff.

Chico will be Stow’s goalkeeping coach this season.

Originally from Portugal, where he played for Benfica’s youth teams, Ramos has a wealth of experience in the English non-league game, having played for Yeovil, Dulwich Hamlet and Billericay Town, amongst others.

He played for Waltham Forest in the 2012-13 season, turning in a number of big performances.

He has been working with Stow keeper James Bransgrove throughout pre-season, and both men have already been enjoying working together.
