Two more in at Stow

Stow manager Max Mitchell has added two more players to his squad ahead of Saturday’s game with Sawbridgeworth Town.

Terry Dixon is a forward who played for Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham as a youngster, and has had an extensive non-league career since injury cut short his time as a professional.

The Republic of Ireland youth international has played for Ware, FC Halifax Town and Dover Athletic, as well as Dunstable Town, where he part of their promotion side. He’s been with Tring Athletic so far this season, and helped them to second place in the table.

Lewis Todd is a talented young keeper who was also with Tring Athletic earlier this season. As a youngster, he turned out for Luton Town, Wycombe Wanderers and Queens Park Rangers, as well as winning the FA Counties Cup with Middlesex.

He began his senior career at North Greenford United where he was named the Players’ Player of the Season before moving on to Barton Rovers, Tring Athletic and Welwyn Garden City, as well as a Chesham United and Hendon.

Prince Madu has also made a return to the Walthamstow team, having spent much of pre-season with us.
