First 2012-13 signings confirmed

As preperations for the 2012-13 season contine, Waltham Forest are happy to announce the signing of 14 players

Several players who were with the club at the end of last season have re-signed for the 2012-13 season. Club Captain Adrian Clifton has re-signed, and has shown good form in pre-season so far. Aaron Omand, Inaki Ordono, Chris Taylor and Matthew Waldron have all re-signed, while Arian Retkceri has also put pen to paper after recovering from an injury which caused his 2011-12 season to finish early.

Dmity Larin is a vastly experienced defensive midfielder. From 1993 to 1998, he made 106 appearances for FC Kristall Smolensk, scoring 8 times in the Russian First Division (the second tier of Russian professional football). Larin then enjoyed two seasons with FC Avangard Kursk, netting 13 times in 58 appearances. A four-year return to FC Dynamo Bryansk followed, where Larin made 138 appearances, scoring seven times. Most recently, Larin has been playing for London Tigers.

Corey Whitely is a winger who came through the youth system at Boreham Wood, and has top scored for Yalova FC for the past three seasons.

Dos Santos and Islami are awaiting international clearance.
