Forest handed tough league cup draw

As with the 2010-11 season, Forest will face Grays Athletic in the second round of the Ryman League Cup.

In that season, Forest were drawn at home, and this time around, the tie has been reversed, with the match taking place at Grays’ Ford Sports and Social Club ground, where they will be playing this season.

Two seasons ago, Tony Mercer secured one of his very few wins in charge of Forest with a 1-0 win over Grays in what was then the Championship Manager Cup.
