Terry comes with a wealth of experience that will help to build the structure of the club with the aim of maximising youth progression into Senior Football whilst at the same time, “Helping the club climb the football pyramid back up to the level he we should be playing at.”
Recently Terry brought a team to play a friendly against Waltham and directors were impressed with his brand of football. He believes that the local community are starved of good football at this level and he will be looking to blend young local players who are seeking to progress their careers, he will also be using selected experienced players (who buy into his and the Club’s ethos) to guide and support them.
Terry says, “The potential for success in the coming seasons is very good. I believe that, with the coaches and the board working closely with me, I can in create a team that is successful and one that the local community can rightly be proud of.”
The club would also like to publicly thank out-going manager Turgut Esendagli for all this hard work and commitment during the last two seasons.
