There was once a spell under Hakan Hayrettin where Forest went three seasons without a first team penalty. That kind of jinx does not seem to be affecting Wale Ojelabi, as his side were awarded their second penalty in as many games. The result was the same as in the previous game, Ian Luck tucking the ball away on 23, scoring his third goal in four games since signing. Forest were unable to hold onto their lead as Devaux equalised on 42 for the visitors. Despite this set-back, Forest continued to press and Ian Luck scored his second of the game on the stroke of half time to put Forest back in front. However, 15 minutes into the second half, Forest allowed Sudbury back into the game, letting Townrow to score. With Ilford, Tilbury and Redbridge all winning this afternoon, three points were vital, and Luck duly obliged, scoring his third goal of the game in the 89th minute to secure a 3-2 win, bringing the points tally from the last four games to ten.
