Stags 4 – 0 Eton Manor

Forest continued their pre-season with a comprehensive win over an Eton Manor side which featured former Stags Charlie Hasler, Michael Georgiou and Danny Clarke. Danny Gabriel put Forest ahead towards the end of the first half, and Dean Pennant added a second soon after by converting Junior Luke’s cross. Luke Majeed added a third just before half time, Gabriel this time the provider. Gabriel netted his second of the game, capitalising on a Charlie Hasler error in the second half. In truth, Forest should have won by far more than 4 goals, but the result will give the side a wealth of confidence going into Saturday’s game against Thurrock.
