Barking 1 – 2 Stags

Forest overcame Essex Senior League side Barking last night, 2-1. A strong Stags side controlled much of the game, but were only able to find the back of the net twice. Danny Gabriel scored the first goal in the 35th minute after converting a long clearance by Eric Pudaloff. Luke Stanley scored a fabulous free kick early in the second half to secure the win. Barking got a consolation goal with 6 minutes remaining after a failure to clear by a hesitant Forest defence. 10 changes were made at half time.
