It’s Chico Time!

Waltham Forest are happy to announce the signing of Cape Verde goalkeeper Chico Ramos.

Ramos has plenty of experience in non-league, and was instrumental in helping Leatherhead to promotion into the Ryman Premier Division at the end of the 2010-11 season. 

In the play-off final with Whitehawk, he saved two penalties, ensuring his side made the final.

Earlier in the 2012-13 season Ramos has spent a second spell at Walton Casuals and Hampton and Richmond.

He was also with Blue Square South side Maidenhead United in the 2007-8 season.

Ramos was called up for the Cape Verde squad in 2011, but did not make an appearance for his nation.
