Advent Calendar 2015: Day 22: Leyton Pennant 5-5 Boreham Wood

And so to our highest scoring draw, and also the match furthest back in time.

Pennant and Boreham Wood met in October 1995, and shared a 5-5 draw after extra time in the London FA Challenge Cup.

Pat Staunton grabbed a brace, while Ben Barnet, Billy Read and Jason Gerraghty all also scored.

Back in a time when county cups were deemed replay-worthy, Pennant won 3-2 away.

Pennant went all the way to the final in that competition beating Collier Row (again, after a replay) and Hampton, before losing 3-2 to Bromley in the final.
