Away tie in Senior Cup

Waltham Forest will travel to Essex Senior League new boys West Essex in the first round of this season’s Essex Senior Cup.

The winners of this tie will be at home to Redbridge in the second round.

The game will be played at Barking’s Maysbrook Park, with a date to be confirmed.

Forest won the competition in 2006, after Chelmsford City and Braintree Town were ejected from the competition in a mass brawl in their semi-final. Forest beat Heybridge Swifts 3-0 in their semi.
