Dash to dual-sign with Tring

Striker Charncey Dash will be dual-signing with Hertfordshire club Tring Athletic this season.

Charncey was one of the Essex Senior’s top scorers last season, but will not be able to fully commit to Walthamstow for personal reasons.

Manager Ryan Maxwell said: “We set high standards at Walthamstow, and that means training or playing at least three times a week. Without the commitment to train, he won’t be assured of a place in our starting line-up.

“I’m a big fan of him as a player, but we require 100% commitment from all our squad. He will be registering for Tring Athletic as well as us.”
