Familiar opposition in FA Competitions

The draws for the opening rounds of this season’s FA Cup and FA Trophy were released by the FA Today, and Waltham Forest’s first matches see them up against familiar opposition.

In the Preliminary Round of the FA Cup, Forest have been drawn away to Romford. The winners of this match will be away to Hemel Hempsted Town.

In the Preliminary Round of the Trophy, Forest will travel to Cheshunt, with the winners facing a trip to the seaside, as they will play Ramsgate.
