Grays Athletic 4-0 Waltham Forest
Grays took the lead on the stroke of half time though Reynolds, and it was always going to be an uphill task from there. Forest’s job was made even harder when Jason Willis saw red in first half injury time.
The floodgates opened with the start of the second half, and Grays scored two goals in five minutes to make it 3-0 with 50 minutes played.
Small componded Forest’s misery on 83 minutes with a goal to make it 4-0 to the home side.
This defeat, coupled with Ilford’s 1-0 win against Cheshunt means Forest are now four points from safety.
