League Constitutions Announced

Forest will once again be playing in the Ryman Division 1 North next season, but will be playing along side new opponents in Lowestoft Town, and VCD Athletic of the Kent League. Leaving the division are Waltham Abbey, Aveley, Witham Town and Hillingdon Borough. Harlow Town, Heybridge Swifts make a return to the level, while Romford were promoted from the Essex Senior League.
