Stags 3 – 1 Chingford Athletic

Forest won their first pre-season friendly of the 2009-10 3-1 against Chingford Athletic. Danny Gabriel put Forest 1-0 up from the spot, before Chingford equalized. Dean Pennant got the second for Forest, and a trialist added a third in the final third of the game. Andre Humphries, Eric Pudaloff, Spencer Harrison, Michael Filletti, Ben Grace, Gbenga Songua and Danny Gabriel all featured for Forest before they gave way to some more unknown faces in the second and final third of the game.
