Stow to remain in Isthmian League for 2024-25 season

Possibly the most important day in the non-league calendar, the FA have today announced the league allocations for the 2024-25 season.

The ever-shifting boundaries along the A10 corridor mean that Stow will again play in the Isthmian League this season.

There will be eight new teams in the North division this season.

Cambridge City have been transferred from the Southern League, while Concord Rangers and Haringey Borough have both been relegated from the Isthmian Premier.

Waltham Abbey have been shifted over from the Southern League after three seasons there.

Mildenhall Town been promoted from the Eastern Counties Premier, while the second promotion place from that division is yet to be decided as Newmarket Town and Mulbarton Wanderers have not yet played their play-off final. We have been reunited with Sporting Bengal after their remarkable back-to-back promotions; from step six to four in two seasons. Essex Senior League champions Tilbury make up the list new clubs.

Enfield, now ground-sharing at Hertford have departed the division, and will now play in the Southern Division One Central. Lowestoft Town and Bowers & Pitsea have both been promoted, and Stowmarket Town, who turned down a reprieve, have been relegated. New Salamis have folded altogether.
