Thamesmead Town 4-1 Waltham Forest

In their penultimate pre-season friendly, Forest suffered a defeat to Ryman Premier Division newcomers Thamesmead Town.

The writing was on the cards for Forest as the home side took an early lead, doubling it just before half time.

Forest pulled a goal back early into the second half, thanks to a deflected own goal from a corner.

However, the home side made sure of the victory with two more second half goals, with Forest all at sea at the back.
