Waltham Forest 0-1 Barkingside

Forest were defeated 1-0 by Barkingside in an even match between two poor teams.

Barkingside started the brighter, as the dangerous Toran Seghore had a goal-bound effort blocked on the line by Miguel Pascal-Johnson.

Seghore eventually gave his side the lead after tapping in after his initial effort was parried by David Myers.

Forest dominated the second half and had numerous chances, with Hulusi Mustapha going closest, but in the end, they ran out of ideas and Barkingside were able to hold on relatively comfortably for the win.
