Waltham Forest 0-2 Erith & Belvedere
Waltham Forest suffered another defeat, this time at the hands to fellow strugglers Erith and Belvedere.
It was the visitors who started the early pressing, and went ahead through Ryan Flack after the midfielder was given an age to bring the ball down and fire in a low shot into the bottom corner.
Things went from bad to worse for Forest who saw Richard Worrell dismissed after two yellows in almost as many minutes. The first was for dissent, but the second was shrouded in controversy, as no one appeared to know what the caution was given for.
Despite having 10 men, Forest came out for the second half fighting and dominated the first half-hour of the half.
Hulusi Mustapha went closet for Forest, seeing his cheeky free-kick tipped over the bar by Bourne in the Erith goal.
However, an incident off the ball involving L’Hereaux Menga saw Forest lose concentration, and concede again.
It was the most simple of goals to concede, as James Golding tapped in after the ball had been cut back to him.
