Waltham Forest 2-1 London Bari
Waltham Forest ended the season with a long overdue win, defeating London Bari 2-1 at Wadham Lodge.
Top scorer Jose Agua gave Forest the lead, breaking through and toe-poking past the on-rushing keeper.
Forest had struggled to get into the game, but for five minutes either side of the goal, they were on top.
Early the second half, Bari equalized, Babatude Sonure out-jumping Kemaar Salmon and James Ogunleye to head into the far corner.
The visitors then hit the bar from some distance, as Forest held on.
Alan Callaghan had a good chance to put forest level, but his shot almost went out for a throw.
Only seconds later, Callaghan made amends. His excellently timed run allowed him to nick the ball from the keeper and roll the ball into an empty net.
Solomon Ofori and Agua had chances to extend the lead further, but Forest held out for the 2-1 win.
