Walthamstow 1-1 Leyton Orient

Stow’s annual pre-season game with Leyton Orient’s youth team ended in a 1-1 draw in a lively encounter at Wadham Lodge.

Both sides created plenty, but the goals came from two moments of individual quality.

Stow’s goal came straight from the second half kick off, with Ade Cole drilling the ball from the centre spot, over the Os keeper and into the back of the net.

Orient equalised midway through the half, with a fine solo effort; their winger twisting and turning from half-way and eventually finishing.
