Management

Vinny Murphy, Manager: Took over the role in December 2023 following an extensive non-league playing career. Had three spells playing for Stow across ten years, and also played for Redbridge, Enfield and Southend Manor, amongst others.

Tony Murphy, Assistant Manager: Older brother to Vinny, and now in his second spell with the club. A vastly experienced coach who brings a great passion to the management set-up.

Loui Hazlewood, Coach: A very experienced player, who played as a midfielder for Thurrock, Billericay Town, Romford and Aveley. Scored the final goal in 3-1 win for Redbridge over Stansted, which ended up securing the Essex Senior League title for Stow.

Stephen Walters, Coach: Now in his second season with the club, a valuable asset and key part of the management team.

Goalkeepers

Finn Rushton: Young, talented keeper who joined the club in late 2025 from Marlow. Kept an impressive three clean sheets in his first five games, including a vital penalty save against Haringey Borough.

Defenders

Joseph Alatise: Powerful centre back who has impressed since signing from Witham Town earlier this season, where he was a mainstay in their team. Has also played for Newbury Forest, Tilbury and Romford.

Alieu Njie: Former Blackpool youngster who signed for a second time towards the end of last season. Has also played for Potters Bar Town and Wingate & Finchley.

Dwight Pascal: Young defender who has seen plenty of action higher up the pyramid, having made his Football League debut for Barnet in 2017 aged just 15, becoming their youngest ever player. Has played for Potters Bar, Kingstonian and Dulwich Hamlet.

Jordan Peart: Electric wing-back who signed from Grays Athletic towards the end of last season. Has also played for Barking and Aveley. A former sprinter, who can also play further up the field in an attacking role.

Te Wihongi: New Zealand international with eight caps who joined in Autumn 2022. Has impressed with his composure and physical presence at the back and has become a key part of the defence.

Midfielders

Callum Ibe: Now in his third spell with the club, Callum can play anywhere across the forward line and in midfield, and has become a real fans favourite thanks to his work rate and never-say-die attitude. Scored some vital goals and recently made his 150th appearance for Stow.

Johnville Renee: A versatile player who can play almost anywhere on the pitch, but will predominately feature in midfield. Signed from Hornchurch and has also played for Enfield Town. Was with Stoke City as a youngster.

Rasheed Salau: Recent acquisition from Ipswich Wanderers, where he was a key player despite being a Stow local. A silky box-to-box midfielder, Rash exemplified his versatility on his debut by playing at centre back, in two midfield positions and up front all in the same game on debut.

Bilal Sayoud: A real fans’ favourite, and a focal point of the Stow attack over the last three seasons. Capable of playing on either wing or centrally, his goals and assists have been invaluable. Was with Coventry City as a youngster, and has also played for Hemel Hempstead, Enfield Town and Bentleigh Greens in Australia.

Jared Small: A vastly-experienced player who joined from Harlow Town. He has played for Tonbridge Angels, where he gained promotion to the National League South, as well as Brentwood and Enfield Town. Can play at the back, in midfield and up front, so is a key part of the squad.

Malaki Toussaint: Recent signing from Grays Athletic where he was a key part of their squad. Can play anywhere in midfield, but is mostly used in the “4” role. Has had a long spell at Romford and has also played for Barkingside, Redbridge and Bowers & Pitsea.

Forwards

Louie Johnson: Younger brother of Bradley, who started off in E17 before making almost 600 Football League appearances. A tricky, direct midfielder, Louie won the Essex Senior Cup with Redbridge last season, and the Essex Senior League with Enfield the season before.

Tayo Oyebola: Powerful, physical forward who joined Stow early in the 2024-25 season. Can play either up front or on the wings, and is a real focal point. Has impressed with his ability to out-jump almost any defender, despite his diminutive size.

Suley Zuhdu: Signed from Buckhurst Hill in February 2025 where he has been their standout player over the last eight seasons, scoring 81 goals in 137 appearances. Has also had short spells with Brightlingsea Regent and Hashtag United.
