Correy came through the youth set-up at Bohemians in Ireland, before moving on to Carrick Rangers in the Northern Ireland Premier League. A spell at Ards followed before moving to AFC Sudbury in 2014 and then Grays Athletic. In two seasons at Grays he scored 3 goals in 22 starts and 7 substitute appearances, finishing the 2015-16 season with the Isthmian Premier Division club. He has also had spells with St Neots Town, Ware and Heybridge Swifts.
Made a goal-scoring debut against Basildon United on the first day of the season.
