	Walthamstow v Brantham Athletic preview
Walthamstow face off Brantham Athletic in the Isthmian League North Division this Saturday, just over a month after they knocked Stow out of the FA Cup.
Stow have been away from league action for the past two weeks, winning both cup ties. Last Saturday saw Stow progress to the Second Qualifying Round of the FA Trophy in the most dramatic of ways winning with the last touch of the game against Downham Town. Goals from Olu Oluwatimilehin, Callum Ibe and an own goal sealed the comeback after being 2-0 down at the break. Stow will now take on Southern League Division One Central side Leighton Town in the next round at Wadham Lodge. This will be played on the 20th September.
Brantham’s last game was on Tuesday, as the Imps travelled to Norfolk to take on Wroxham. It was a long trip back home for the visitors as Wroxham won 5-0. Four goals in the second half from Asa McGeachy, Jordan Forbes and a brace from James Moore continued Brantham’s winless start to the season in the league.
The Imps have picked up only one point this season, that being a draw away at Stanway Rovers on the opening day of the Isthmian League. Their only win this season came in the FA Cup replay on the 5th August where they beat Stow 4-1. Goals from Lachlan Haines, Will Jones and Caiden Thomas before the break essentially sealed the win for the Imps. A consolation goal from Ross Wall gave Stow a chance to get back into the game, but the hosts wrapped it up in the 89th minute through Luca Terminiello and sent them through to the Preliminary Round to take on Barton Rovers.
